Not so long ago Clinton Cards released their own range of own candles that boast a range of scents all reasonably priced at £10. The candles come housed in a clear glass jar that share an uncanny resemblance to Yankee Candles. I picked up the Papaya Mango candle because I loved the tropical smell that it has, it smells just like my old favourite papaya Body Shop Lip Butter. The large candle has a burn time of up to 100 hours and the scent is strong and true to what it claims. The range of scents include Vanilla Cinnamon Creme Brulee which is a dupe for Yankee Salted Caramel and Lavender which smells just like Yankees Lemon Lavender
In comparison to the large Yankee Candle the Clinton Cards one is almost half the price but the Yankee Candle has a longer burn time of up to 150 hours. I do think the Yankee Candles are slightly better quality but the Clinton Cards own brand is nothing to be sniffed at, it's a more budget friendly alternative.
